For those of you abroad who might not be aware of what’s happening in Israel right now. I’ve lived here for 32 years – through uprisings, terror attacks, and wars, and in all that time, I can’t remember a single event that has been as horrible or as terrifying as this one. Where we live is safe (though we’ve had a few rocket warning sirens this morning), but I can’t find words to adequately describe what’s happening down south. More than 500 Israelis have been injured, and 22 Israelis have been confirmed dead (so far), and it’s still going on…
